- 1 batch of baked brownies (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate (for coating)
- Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or sea salt
Instructions
- Crumble the browniesย into a large mixing bowl. Make sure they are fully cooled before crumbling.
- Add cream cheese and vanillaย to the crumbled brownies. Mix well until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
- Scoop and rollย the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chillย the brownie balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolateย in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Dip each brownie ballย into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Use a fork or skewer to help with dipping.
