Description

Theseย rich, fudgy brownie trufflesย are made with just a few simple ingredients. Theyโ€™reย chocolatey, soft, and coated in smooth melted chocolate, making them the perfect no-bake treat for any occasion!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 batch of baked brownies (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate (for coating)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Crumble the browniesย into a large mixing bowl. Make sure they are fully cooled before crumbling.
  2. Add cream cheese and vanillaย to the crumbled brownies. Mix well until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Scoop and rollย the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chillย the brownie balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolateย in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Dip each brownie ballย into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Use a fork or skewer to help with dipping.
  7. Place coated trufflesย back on the lined baking sheet and add any optional toppings before the chocolate sets.
  8. Let them setย at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
  9. Enjoy!ย Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too soft, chill it for 10โ€“15 minutes before rolling into balls.
  • You can use different coatings like white chocolate, dark chocolate, or cocoa powder for variety.
  • These truffles freeze well for up to 2 months.
