Description

These fun and festive Valentine’s Day S’mores are a sweet twist on the classic campfire treat. With heart-shaped marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, they’re perfect for celebrating love with a cozy dessert. These s’mores are easy to make, no fire needed – just a quick bake or microwave and you’re ready to enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 graham cracker squares (or 4 full graham crackers, broken in half)
  • 4 large heart-shaped marshmallows (or regular marshmallows)
  • 4 pieces of milk chocolate (or any chocolate you like)
  • Red or pink sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham crackers: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Place half of the graham cracker squares on a baking sheet.
  2. Add the chocolate: Place a piece of chocolate on top of each graham cracker square.
  3. Top with marshmallows: Place a heart-shaped marshmallow (or regular marshmallow) on top of the chocolate.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up and the chocolate begins to melt.
    • Microwave option: If you prefer, microwave the s’mores for about 10-15 seconds until the marshmallow puffs up.
  5. Finish the s’mores: Remove from the oven (or microwave) and immediately top with the remaining graham cracker squares, gently pressing down to sandwich everything together.
  6. Decorate (optional): For an extra Valentine’s touch, sprinkle some red or pink sprinkles onto the melted marshmallows before sandwiching the s’mores.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Let cool for a minute, then serve warm and gooey.

Notes

  • You can substitute milk chocolate with dark chocolate or white chocolate for variety.
  • Add a dash of cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra flavor.
  • If you can’t find heart-shaped marshmallows, regular marshmallows work just as well!
