- 1 1/4 cups sugar cookie mix
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Melt the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Incorporate Sugar Cookie Mix: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar cookie mix until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
- Add Sprinkles: Gently fold in half of the sprinkles into the mixture.
- Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top, pressing them lightly to adhere.

- Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For a smoother texture, ensure that the white chocolate mixture is completely melted before adding the sugar cookie mix.
