Description

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with this delightful Sugar Cookie Fudge! This creamy, no-bake treat combines the classic flavors of sugar cookies and white chocolate, topped with festive sprinkles for a charming touch. It’s simple to make and perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar cookie mix
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • Melt the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • Incorporate Sugar Cookie Mix: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar cookie mix until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
  • Add Sprinkles: Gently fold in half of the sprinkles into the mixture.
  • Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top, pressing them lightly to adhere.
  • Chill: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let the fudge set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, ensure that the white chocolate mixture is completely melted before adding the sugar cookie mix.
  • Feel free to customize the sprinkles to match other holidays or themes.
