  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine lentil flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Prepare wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix non-dairy milk, olive oil, maple syrup, and flax egg.
  4. Combine: Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
