- 4 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup water (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- If using fresh mango, peel and chop into chunks. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Add frozen mango chunks, maple syrup, and lime juice to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time if needed to help the blending process.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more syrup or lime juice if desired.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Scoop and enjoy!
Notes
- Use very ripe mangoes for the sweetest flavor.
- You can substitute maple syrup with agave nectar or coconut sugar syrup.
