Description

This creamy White Hot Chocolate is the perfect winter treat! Made with white chocolate, milk, and a touch of vanilla, it’s a rich and indulgent drink that will warm you up on the coldest days. Sweet, comforting, and easy to make, it’s the ideal drink for cozy nights or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Do not let it boil.

  • Once the milk is warm, add the white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Pour the white hot chocolate into mugs.

  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

  • You can also use white chocolate bars, chopped into small pieces, instead of chips.

  • This can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Simply reheat and top with whipped cream before serving.
