Description

  • 1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (90g) white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (90g) holiday sprinkles (blue, white, and silver for a winter theme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat ovenย to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In aย medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In aย large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until combined.
