For the Salmon Bites:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray or oil (for frying)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Garnishes (optional):
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Extra Sriracha for heat
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

- Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten egg in another, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third.
- Dredge each salmon cube in the flour, dip it into the egg, and coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
ย Cook the Salmon:
- Air Fryer Method:ย Preheat to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Spray salmon bites with cooking oil and air-fry for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Pan Frying Method:ย Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Oven Method:ย Bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
ย Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
ย Toss & Serve:
- Gently toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle it on top.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately!
