  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray or oil (for frying)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon:

  • Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  • Season the salmon pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

ย Coat the Salmon:

  • Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten egg in another, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  • Dredge each salmon cube in the flour, dip it into the egg, and coat it with panko breadcrumbs.

ย Cook the Salmon:

  • Air Fryer Method:ย Preheat to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Spray salmon bites with cooking oil and air-fry for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Pan Frying Method:ย Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Oven Method:ย Bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.

ย Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
