Description

These light and fluffy Cool Whip Cookies are an easy-to-make treat that only require four ingredients! The cookies are soft, slightly chewy, and full of flavor.   • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg until fully combined. The dough will be sticky.
  • Place the powdered sugar in a separate shallow bowl.
  • Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop out small portions of dough and roll them into balls.
  • Roll each ball in the powdered sugar until fully coated.
  • Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the cookies have set.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
