Ingredients

These homemade garlic butter cheese bombs are a quick and easy appetizer or snack thatโ€™s bursting with gooey, cheesy goodness. Wrapped in soft biscuit dough and brushed with garlic butter, they bake up golden and delicious in just minutes. Perfect for parties, game days, or any time youโ€™re craving cheesy comfort food!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly. Roll into a ball.
  4. Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra cheesy bombs, try using a combination of mozzarella and cheddar.
  • These taste best served warm while the cheese is gooey.
  • Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce for added flavor.
