Description

These no-bake brownie bites are the perfect healthy treat! Made with simple ingredients, theyโ€™re rich, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate flavor. Great for snacking, dessert, or on-the-go energy. Plus, theyโ€™re vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw walnuts or almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra indulgence)

Instructions

  • Add the pitted dates to a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste.
  • Add the walnuts (or almonds), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the processor. Blend until the mixture is crumbly but holds together when pressed.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add 1โ€“2 teaspoons of water and blend again.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips, if using.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  • Chill the brownie bites in the refrigerator for 15โ€“20 minutes before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the walnuts with pecans or cashews for a different flavor.
  • Roll the brownie bites in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder for added texture and presentation.
  • To make them nut-free, replace the nuts with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
