These no-bake brownie bites are the perfect healthy treat! Made with simple ingredients, theyโre rich, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate flavor. Great for snacking, dessert, or on-the-go energy. Plus, theyโre vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened!

- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raw walnuts or almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra indulgence)
Instructions
- Add the pitted dates to a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste.
- Add the walnuts (or almonds), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the processor. Blend until the mixture is crumbly but holds together when pressed.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add 1โ2 teaspoons of water and blend again.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips, if using.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Chill the brownie bites in the refrigerator for 15โ20 minutes before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the walnuts with pecans or cashews for a different flavor.
- Roll the brownie bites in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder for added texture and presentation.
- To make them nut-free, replace the nuts with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
