- 1 pound lean ground beef

- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 ounces provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 brioche hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Drain excess fat.
- Sautรฉ Vegetables:
- Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook until vegetables are softened, approximately 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cornstarch, and beef broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add Cheese:
- Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted and well combined.
- Assemble Sandwiches:
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto toasted brioche buns.
- Serve immediately.

- For added flavor, consider topping the sandwiches with sautรฉed mushrooms or a dash of hot sauce.
